The name “Markay” is a tribute to Pamela’s grandmother, the owner of MarKay’s Dress Shop. It was through her grandmother’s example that Pamela learned the values of integrity, exceptional customer service, and relational excellence – principles that continue to shape her leadership philosophy today.

With over 25 years of experience across diverse industries—from real estate and manufacturing to behavioral health—she pairs a deep understanding of business strategy with advanced training in NeuroLeadership and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
